Michael Katzenberger

After studying business administration, Michael Katzenberger joined Bayerische Rückversicherung (now Swiss Re) in October 1989. He worked as a financial consultant until he became the head of real estate management in January 1992.

Michael joined the Moll Group in July 2000 where he works in the real estate division as executive director in charge of the commercial unit, including financing, IT and personnel.

Xaver Moll

Xaver Moll studied architecture at the Berlin Institute of Technology and at the Technical University of Munich. He has been working as an architect since September 1998. Starting out at MM Architects in London, he worked for several years in the office of Professor Steidle in Munich. After completing a work-study program to qualify as a real-estate economist (ebs), he joined Cells Bauwelt in June 2004 as a project developer.

In January 2006, he started working for the Moll Group real estate division where he is responsible for the technical area with a main focus on construction and project development as well as on portfolio optimization.
